Linda Robson, M.A., is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. She holds masters degrees in medical anthropology and public health from New Mexico State University. Linda’s work and research focused on issues of sustainability and inter-organizational collaboration. She has worked with cultural, educational, and civic organizations developing and studying collaborations within and across organizations. In this capacity, Linda has served as facilitator on a number of levels, from small group discussions to day long retreats for strategy and vision development. Linda uses a variety of approaches in her work, drawing from action research, several dialogue methodologies, coaching practices, and appreciative inquiry.
