Sudhir is author of "Creation of an Inimitable Organizational Culture Via a Novel Business Model," an innovative organizational design toward collaborative sustainable economic and community development. The model can serve not only as a means of organizational design but also as a mechanism to facilitate collaboration and innovation with other organizations.
This paper was the winner of the Thompson Hine Award for outstanding Graduate Research Presentation at the 2004 Research ShowCASE.
Sudhir is currently working with RealNEO to help foster positive change in East Cleveland while pursuing certifications in Nonprofit Management, Appreciative Inquiry, and Servant Leadership.
